In addition to Marstrands IBK, 16 other teams played in Pojkar 13 (2001). They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Marstrands IBK could be found in Group B together with IBK Alingsås, Partille IBS, Lillån IBK, Utbynäs SK and Pixbo Wallenstam IBF 1.

Marstrands IBK continued to Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group B. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Lindås Waves IBK with 0-2. In the Final, Lindås Waves IBK won over FBC Lerum and became the winner of Slutspel in Pojkar 13 (2001).
