In addition to ONYX IBS, 11 other teams played in Pojkar 15 (1999). They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof ONYX IBS could be found in Group A together with Lindås Waves IBK, Bergs IK, IBF Göteborg, Skutskärs IBK and FBC Lerum.

ONYX IBS continued to Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group A. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against IBF Backadalen with 1-6. In the Final, Bergs IK won over Pixbo Wallenstam IBF and became the winner of Slutspel in Pojkar 15 (1999).
