In addition to IBF Backadalen, 11 other teams played in Pojkar 15 (1999). They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof IBF Backadalen could be found in Group B together with Dingle AIK, Linköping IBK P99:99, Vendelsö IK, IK Zenith and Pixbo Wallenstam IBF.

IBF Backadalen continued to Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group B. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Pixbo Wallenstam IBF with 0-3. In the Final, Bergs IK won over Pixbo Wallenstam IBF and became the winner of Slutspel in Pojkar 15 (1999).
