In addition to Örebro SK Ungdom, 16 other teams played in Pojkar 13 (2001). They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Örebro SK Ungdom could be found in Group A together with Lindome IBK, Linköping IBK Lag 70, IBF Göteborg, Pixbo Wallenstam IBF 2 and IBF Backadalen Röd.

Örebro SK Ungdom continued to Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group A. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Pixbo Wallenstam IBF 1 with 1-4. In the Final, Lindås Waves IBK won over FBC Lerum and became the winner of Slutspel in Pojkar 13 (2001).
