In addition to Lindome IBK, 11 other teams played in Herrjuniorer 18 (1996-97). They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Lindome IBK could be found in Group B together with Hagfors IBS Gul, IBF Älvstranden, Fagerhult Habo IBK, Katrineholms IBF and IBK Lidköping.

Lindome IBK made it to Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group B. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against Pixbo Wallenstam IBF with 4-6. Thereby Lindome IBK finished second in HJ18 Slutspel during Göteborg Cup Innebandy 2015.
