Sävedalens IBK was one of 86 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Göteborg Cup Innebandy 2015. They participated with one team in Pojkar 16 (1998).

In addition to Sävedalens IBK, 7 other teams played in Pojkar 16 (1998). They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Sävedalens IBK could be found in Group B together with Linköping FBC, IBK Lockerud Mariestad and IBF Göteborg.

Sävedalens IBK continued to Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group B. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Stöpen IBK with 1-4. In the Final, Bergs IK won over Marstrands IBK and became the winner of Slutspel in Pojkar 16 (1998).
