Foruden IBK Genarp spillede også 17 andre hold i Pojkar 14 (03). De var inddelt i 3 forskellige puljer, hvoraf IBK Genarp begyndte i Pulje C sammen med IK Zenith 2, Tunet IBK, Lindås Waves IBK, IBK Alingsås og IBK Vänersborg.
IBK Genarp gik videre til Slutspel, efter at de kom på 1.pladsen i Pulje C. Herefter sikrede de sig en førsteplads i slutspillet efter at have slået IBF Göteborg med 4-2 i finalen. IBK Genarp vandt altså Slutspel i Pojkar 14 (03) under Göteborg Cup Innebandy 2018. IBK Genarp deltog også i Pojkar 13 (2003) under Göteborg Cup Innebandy 2017.
