In addition to Partille IBS, 16 other teams played in Pojkar 13 (2001). They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Partille IBS could be found in Group B together with IBK Alingsås, Lillån IBK, Utbynäs SK, Marstrands IBK and Pixbo Wallenstam IBF 1.

Partille IBS continued to Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group B. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Lindås Waves IBK with 2-4. In the Final, Lindås Waves IBK won over FBC Lerum and became the winner of Slutspel in Pojkar 13 (2001).
