In addition to Tunet IBK, 7 other teams played in Pojkar 16 (1999). They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Tunet IBK could be found in Group A together with BK Vingen, Pixbo Wallenstam IBF and Särö Seahawks IBK.
Tunet IBK made it to Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group A. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against Pixbo Wallenstam IBF, which they won with 3-2.
