In addition to IK Zenith, 8 other teams played in Flickor 13 (2002). They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof IK Zenith could be found in Group A together with IBS Svedala, Pixbo Wallenstam IBF, Åkersberga IBF 1 and Råsunda IS.
IK Zenith continued to Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group A. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against FBC Lerum with 2-3. In the Final, Lindome IBK won over Pixbo Wallenstam IBF and became the winner of Slutspel in Flickor 13 (2002). IK Zenith also participated in Flickor 12 (2002) during Göteborg Cup Innebandy 2015.
