In addition to Sandö IBK, 11 other teams played in Pojkar 15 (2000). They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Sandö IBK could be found in Group B together with Borås IBF, Tunet IBK, Linköping IBK, BK Vingen and Sportlife Kungälv IBK.

Sandö IBK continued to Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group B. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Partille IBS with 2-3. In the Final, Partille IBS won over Linköping IBK and became the winner of Slutspel in Pojkar 15 (2000).
