In addition to Kärra IBK, 14 other teams played in Pojkar 12 (2003). They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Kärra IBK could be found in Group A together with IK Zenith 1, Pixbo Wallenstam IBK 1, IBS Svedala and IBF Älvstranden.
