Tunet IBK was one of five clubs from Norway that had teams playing during Göteborg Cup Innebandy 2017. They participated with 5 teams in Pojkar 10 (2006), Pojkar 14 (2002), Pojkar 16 (2000), Flickor 13 (2003) and Flickor 14 (2002) respectively. Two teams played until Final in Slutspel; Flickor 14 (2002) won over Pixbo Wallenstam IBF by 2-1 but Pojkar 16 (2000) lost against Linköping IBK by 2-3.

In addition to this, Tunet IBK have participated in Göteborg Cup Innebandy before. During Göteborg Cup Innebandy 2016, Tunet IBK had 4 teams playing in Pojkar 14 (2001), Pojkar 15 (2000), Pojkar 16 (1999) and Flickor 13 (2002) respectively. The team in Pojkar 14 (2001) made it to the the in Gruppspel, but lost it against IBF Göteborg by 1-3.

Tunet IBK comes from OSLO which lies approximately 250 km from Göteborg, where Göteborg Cup Innebandy takes place. The area around OSLO does also provide three additional clubs participating during Göteborg Cup Innebandy 2017 (Lørenskog Innebandy G05, Snarøya Sportsklub and Ull/Kisa IL).
