IBF Älvstranden

IBF Älvstranden was one of 72 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Göteborg Cup Innebandy 2017. They participated with four teams in Pojkar 11 (2005), Pojkar 13 (2003), Herrar and Flickor 11 (2005) respectively. The team in Herrar made it to the the Final in Slutspel, but lost it against Stenungsunds IBK by 1-2.

In addition to this, IBF Älvstranden have participated in Göteborg Cup Innebandy before. During Göteborg Cup Innebandy 2016, IBF Älvstranden had three teams playing in Pojkar 12 (2003), Herrar and Flickor 10 (2005) respectively. The team in Herrar made it to the the in Gruppspel, but lost it against Marstrands IBK by 0-0.

IBF Älvstranden originates from Göteborg, which is the same city as where Göteborg Cup Innebandy takes place. The area around GÖTEBORG does also provide 23 additional clubs participating during Göteborg Cup Innebandy 2017 (Among others: Lindås Waves IBK, FBC Vinga, Varla/Sandö IBK, IBF Backadalen, Surte IS IBK, Floda IBK, Partille IBS, Mölndals IBF, Särö Seahawks IBK and Sävedalens IBK).
