Vaxholms IBF

Vaxholms IBF was one of 72 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Göteborg Cup Innebandy 2017. They participated with two teams in Pojkar 16 (2000) and Damjuniorer 18 (1998-99) respectively. The team in Damjuniorer 18 (1998-99) made it to the the Semi final in Slutspel, but lost it against Pixbo Wallenstam IBF by 1-5.

In addition to this, Vaxholms IBF have participated in Göteborg Cup Innebandy before. During Göteborg Cup Innebandy 2016, Vaxholms IBF had three teams playing in Herrar, Flickor 14 (2001) and Damjuniorer 18 (1997-98) respectively. The team in Damjuniorer 18 (1997-98) made it to the the in Gruppspel, but lost it against BKI Sunnanå by 1-2.

Vaxholms IBF comes from Vaxholm which lies approximately 420 km from Göteborg, where Göteborg Cup Innebandy takes place. The area around Vaxholm does also provide six additional clubs participating during Göteborg Cup Innebandy 2017 (AIK, Hammarby IF IBF, Älvsjö AIK IBF, Älvsjö AIK IBK, Råsunda IS and Rotebro IS IBK).
