In addition to Kärra IBK, 15 other teams played in Pojkar 13 (2003). They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Kärra IBK could be found in Group C together with Ull/Kisa IL 2, Särö Seahawks IBK, Pixbo Wallenstam IBF and IBK Genarp.

Kärra IBK continued to Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group C. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against IK Zenith 2 with 1-2. In the Final, IBK Genarp won over IK Zenith 2 and became the winner of Slutspel in Pojkar 13 (2003).
