In addition to Lindås Waves IBK, 11 other teams played in Damjuniorer 18 (1998-99). They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Lindås Waves IBK could be found in Group B together with Bergs IK, Mölndals IBF, BKI Sunnanå, Vaxholms IBF and IBF Tranås.

Lindås Waves IBK continued to Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group B. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Värnamo IK with 0-1. In the Final, Pixbo Wallenstam IBF won over Värnamo IK and became the winner of Slutspel in Damjuniorer 18 (1998-99).
