In addition to Lindås Waves IBK, 14 other teams played in Damer. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Lindås Waves IBK could be found in Group A together with Fristad GOIF, Varla/Sandö IBK, Lillån IBK and Hammarby IF IBF.
Lindås Waves IBK continued to Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group A. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Pixbo Wallenstam IBF with 0-6. In the Final, Hammarby IF IBF won over Pixbo Wallenstam IBF and became the winner of Slutspel in Damer. Lindås Waves IBK also participated in Damer during Göteborg Cup Innebandy 2016.
