In addition to Marstrands IBK, 14 other teams played in Damer. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Marstrands IBK could be found in Group B together with Myggenäs IBK, Pixbo Wallenstam IBF, Älvsjö AIK IBK and Fristad GOIF Utveckling.

Marstrands IBK continued to Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group B. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Tvåstad KIK with 0-2. In the Final, Hammarby IF IBF won over Pixbo Wallenstam IBF and became the winner of Slutspel in Damer.
