Älvsjö AIK IBF was one of 64 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Göteborg Cup Innebandy 2018. They participated with four teams in Herrar (A-licens) and Damer (A-licens) respectively. The team in Damer (A-licens) made it to the the Final in Slutspeland won it over Pixbo Wallenstam IBF by 2-1.

In addition to this, Älvsjö AIK IBF have participated in Göteborg Cup Innebandy before. During Göteborg Cup Innebandy 2017, Älvsjö AIK IBF had one team playing in Herrar. The team in Herrar made it to the the in Gruppspel, but lost it against FBC Vinga by 0-2.
