In addition to Vaxholms IBF, 8 other teams played in Damjuniorer 18 (99-00). They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Vaxholms IBF could be found in Group B together with IBF Backadalen, FBC Lerum and Husqvarna IBK.
Vaxholms IBF continued to Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group B. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Häljarps SK with 1-2. In the Final, IBF Backadalen won over Häljarps SK and became the winner of Slutspel in Damjuniorer 18 (99-00). Vaxholms IBF also participated in Damjuniorer 18 (1998-99) during Göteborg Cup Innebandy 2017.
