In addition to Tunet IBK, 12 other teams played in Flickor 15 (02). They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Tunet IBK J15 could be found in Group B together with Lindome IBK, Pixbo Wallenstam IBF F02 and Spöland Vännäs IF.
Tunet IBK J15 made it to Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group B. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against Pixbo Wallenstam IBF F02 with 1-2. Thereby Tunet IBK J15 finished second in F15 Slutspel during Göteborg Cup Innebandy 2018. Tunet IBK also participated in Flickor 14 (2002) during Göteborg Cup Innebandy 2017.
