In addition to Lindome IBK, 8 other teams played in Pojkar 12 (05). They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Lindome IBK Grön could be found in Group A together with IBF Backadalen 1, Råsunda IS, IK Zenith and Frölunda IBK.

Lindome IBK Grön continued to Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group A. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against IBF Backadalen 2 with 3-7. In the Final, IK Zenith won over Partille IBS Wizards and became the winner of Slutspel in Pojkar 12 (05).
