In addition to IBF Göteborg, 17 other teams played in Pojkar 14 (03). They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof IBF Göteborg could be found in Group A together with IBF Älvstranden, Ull/Kisa IL Sort, Särö IBK P03, Herrestads AIF/WB99 and Sunde IBK.

IBF Göteborg made it to Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group A. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against IBK Genarp with 2-4. Thereby IBF Göteborg finished second in P14 Slutspel during Göteborg Cup Innebandy 2018.
