In addition to Lindome IBK, 7 other teams played in Pojkar 16 (01). They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Lindome IBK could be found in Group A together with Vaxholms IBF Vit, IK Zenith and Sunde IBK.
Lindome IBK made it to Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group A. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against IBF Backadalen, which they won with 4-1. Thereby Lindome IBK won the entire Slutspel in Pojkar 16 (01) during Göteborg Cup Innebandy 2018. Lindome IBK also participated in Pojkar 15 (2001) during Göteborg Cup Innebandy 2017.
