In addition to Partille IBS, 9 other teams played in Herrjuniorer 18 (99-00). They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Partille IBS could be found in Group B together with IBF Backadalen JAS, Vendelsö IK, FBC Ängelholm 2 and Sandö IBK.
Partille IBS continued to Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group B. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Linköping IBK U with 0-2. In the Final, Linköping IBK U won over Vendelsö IK and became the winner of Slutspel in Herrjuniorer 18 (99-00). Partille IBS also participated in Herrjuniorer 18 (1998-99) during Göteborg Cup Innebandy 2017.
