In addition to IBF Göteborg, 16 other teams played in Pojkar 13 (2001). They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof IBF Göteborg could be found in Group A together with Lindome IBK, Linköping IBK Lag 70, Pixbo Wallenstam IBF 2, Örebro SK Ungdom and IBF Backadalen Röd.

IBF Göteborg continued to Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group A. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Marstrands IBK with 2-3. In the Final, Lindås Waves IBK won over FBC Lerum and became the winner of Slutspel in Pojkar 13 (2001).
