In addition to IBF Älvstranden, 14 other teams played in Pojkar 12 (2003). They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof IBF Älvstranden could be found in Group A together with IK Zenith 1, Kärra IBK, Pixbo Wallenstam IBK 1 and IBS Svedala.

IBF Älvstranden continued to Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group A. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Frölunda IBK with 3-5. In the Final, Kärra IBK won over Frölunda IBK and became the winner of Slutspel in Pojkar 12 (2003).
