In addition to IBK Göteborg, 23 other teams played in Damer. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof IBK Göteborg could be found in Group A together with Endre IF, Hässelby SK IBK, Sandö IBK, Ryds SK and Fristad GoIF.
IBK Göteborg continued to Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group A. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Lindås Waves IBK with 0-1. In the Final, Fristad GoIF won over Åkersberga IBF 1 and became the winner of Slutspel in Damer. IBK Göteborg also participated in Damer during Göteborg Cup Innebandy 2015.
