In addition to the two Åkersberga IBF teams, 22 other teams played in Damer. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Åkersberga IBF 1 could be found in Group B together with Sportlife Kungälv IBK, Tierp IBK, Skövde IBF, BKI Sunnanå and Pixbo Wallenstam IBF.
