In addition to IK Zenith, 11 other teams played in Damjuniorer 18 (1998-99). They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof IK Zenith could be found in Group A together with Värnamo IK, Pixbo Wallenstam IBF, Trosa Edanö IBK, Sarpsborg IBK and Rotebro IS IBK.

IK Zenith continued to Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group A. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Vaxholms IBF with 1-4. In the Final, Pixbo Wallenstam IBF won over Värnamo IK and became the winner of Slutspel in Damjuniorer 18 (1998-99).
