In addition to IBS Svedala, 17 other teams played in Pojkar 14 (03). They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof IBS Svedala could be found in Group B together with IK Zenith 1, Ull/Kisa IL Grønn, IBF Backadalen, Varla IBK and Dingle AIK.

IBS Svedala continued to Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group B. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against IBK Vänersborg with 2-3. In the Final, IBK Genarp won over IBF Göteborg and became the winner of Slutspel in Pojkar 14 (03).
