In addition to IBF Älvstranden, 17 other teams played in Pojkar 14 (03). They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof IBF Älvstranden could be found in Group A together with IBF Göteborg, Ull/Kisa IL Sort, Särö IBK P03, Herrestads AIF/WB99 and Sunde IBK.
IBF Älvstranden continued to Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group A. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against IBK Genarp with 2-6. In the Final, IBK Genarp won over IBF Göteborg and became the winner of Slutspel in Pojkar 14 (03). IBF Älvstranden also participated in Pojkar 13 (2003) during Göteborg Cup Innebandy 2017.
