In addition to Lindome IBK, 10 other teams played in Herrjuniorer 18 (00-01). They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Lindome IBK could be found in Group B together with Hagfors IBS/Edebäck IBF Röd, IBF Backadalen, Vaxholms IBF Svart and Fristad GOIF/Rydboholms SK HJ.

Lindome IBK continued to Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group B. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Hagfors IBS/Edebäck IBF Blå with 1-6. In the Final, Lindås Rasta IBK Waves won over Fristad GOIF/Rydboholms SK HJ and became the winner of Slutspel in Herrjuniorer 18 (00-01).
