In addition to Tunet IBK, 18 other teams from 3 different countries played in Pojkar 15 (03). They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Tunet IBK could be found in Group C together with Utbynäs SK, IBK Göteborg Vit, Fristad Goif and Floda IBK.
Tunet IBK continued to Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group C. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Kärra IBK with 4-5. In the Final, IK Zenith won over Kärra IBK and became the winner of Slutspel in Pojkar 15 (03). Tunet IBK also participated in Pojkar 14 (03) during Göteborg Cup Innebandy 2018.
