In addition to the two IBF Göteborg teams, 13 other teams played in Pojkar 12 (2003). They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof IBF Göteborg 1 could be found in Group B together with IK Zenith 2, Stenungsunds IBK, IBK Walkesborg and Pixbo Wallenstam IBK 2.

IBF Göteborg 1 continued to Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group B. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Kärra IBK with 2-8. In the Final, Kärra IBK won over Frölunda IBK and became the winner of Slutspel in Pojkar 12 (2003).
