In addition to the two Zenith teams, 13 other teams played in Pojkar 12 (2003). They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof IK Zenith 2 could be found in Group B together with IBF Göteborg 1, Stenungsunds IBK, IBK Walkesborg and Pixbo Wallenstam IBK 2.

IK Zenith 2 continued to Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group B. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Frölunda IBK with 3-4. In the Final, Kärra IBK won over Frölunda IBK and became the winner of Slutspel in Pojkar 12 (2003).
