Pixbo Wallenstam IBF was one of 64 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Göteborg Cup Innebandy 2018. They participated with 7 teams in Pojkar 15 (02), Flickor 12 (05), Flickor 13 (04), Flickor 15 (02) and Damer (A-licens) respectively. The team in Pojkar 15 (02) made it to the the in Gruppspel, but lost it against FBC Lerum by 2-4.

In addition to this, Pixbo Wallenstam IBF have participated in Göteborg Cup Innebandy before. During Göteborg Cup Innebandy 2017, Pixbo Wallenstam IBF had 12 teams playing in 10 out of Göteborg Cup Innebandys all 17 categories. Seven teams played until Final in Slutspel; Herrjuniorer 18 (1998-99) won over Partille IBS by 4-3, Flickor 12 (2004) won over FBC Lerum by 3-1, Flickor 13 (2003) won over FBC Lerum by 4-3, Damjuniorer 18 (1998-99) won over Värnamo IK by 2-1, Pojkar 15 (2001) 2 lost against Linköping IBK by 0-3, Flickor 14 (2002) lost against Tunet IBK by 1-2 and Damer lost against Hammarby IF IBF by 2-3.

Pixbo Wallenstam IBF comes from Mölnlycke which lies approximately 12 km from Göteborg, where Göteborg Cup Innebandy takes place. The area around Mölnlycke does also provide 26 additional clubs participating during Göteborg Cup Innebandy 2018 (Among others: Kärra IBK, Floda IBK Göteborg, Partille IBS, Lindome IBK, IK Zenith, Floda IBK, IBF Göteborg, FBC Lerum, Lindås Waves IBK and Frölunda IBK).
