Tunet IBK was one of four clubs from Norway that had teams playing during Göteborg Cup Innebandy 2018. They participated with 8 teams in Pojkar 10 (07), Pojkar 11 (06), Pojkar 14 (03), Flickor 11 (06), Flickor 12 (05), Flickor 14 (03) and Flickor 15 (02) respectively. The team in Flickor 15 (02) made it to the the Final in Slutspel, but lost it against Pixbo Wallenstam IBF F02 by 1-2.

In addition to this, Tunet IBK have participated in Göteborg Cup Innebandy before. During Göteborg Cup Innebandy 2017, Tunet IBK had 5 teams playing in Pojkar 10 (2006), Pojkar 14 (2002), Pojkar 16 (2000), Flickor 13 (2003) and Flickor 14 (2002) respectively. The team in Flickor 14 (2002) made it to the the Final in Slutspeland won it over Pixbo Wallenstam IBF by 2-1.

Tunet IBK comes from Oslo which lies approximately 250 km from Göteborg, where Göteborg Cup Innebandy takes place. Other than Tunet IBK, the club Ull/Kisa IL does also originate from the area around Oslo.
