In addition to IK Zenith, 8 other teams played in Pojkar 12 (05). They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof IK Zenith could be found in Group A together with IBF Backadalen 1, Råsunda IS, Lindome IBK Grön and Frölunda IBK.
IK Zenith made it to Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group A. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against Partille IBS Wizards, which they won with 4-1.
