In addition to IBK Genarp, 18 other teams from 3 different countries played in Pojkar 15 (03). They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof IBK Genarp could be found in Group A together with IBF Backadalen, Sunde Innebandyklubb 2 and IBK Göteborg Svart.
IBK Genarp continued to Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group A. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Kärra IBK with 3-4. In the Final, IK Zenith won over Kärra IBK and became the winner of Slutspel in Pojkar 15 (03). IBK Genarp also participated in Pojkar 14 (03) during Göteborg Cup Innebandy 2018.
