In addition to IBF Backadalen, 14 other teams played in Damer. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof IBF Backadalen could be found in Group C together with Tvåstad KIK, Sportlife Kungälv IBK, BKI Sunnanå and Trosa Edanö IBK.

IBF Backadalen continued to Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group C. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Lindås Waves IBK with 3-4. In the Final, Hammarby IF IBF won over Pixbo Wallenstam IBF and became the winner of Slutspel in Damer.
